Solstice Herbal Bitters Formulation Workshop
Bitters have been used for centuries as aperitifs or digestifs (think cynar or campari ) and of course we all know bitters such as angostura in our cocktails. But the bitter flavor is also incredibly important to our health and humans have a fascinating co-evolutionary history with the bitter flavor. In this interactive workshop, learn from clinical herbalist Kelly Owensby about the health impact of different bitter herbs in our body, experiment with different herbal flavor profiles and take home your own custom crafted herbal bitters.
